• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Used or damaged products are not eligible for return.
• If you receive a wrong or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with pictures/video proof for replacement or refund.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
• Return shipping charges apply unless the mistake is from our side.
