• A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 is charged on all orders.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
• Customers must provide the correct shipping address and contact details.
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• In case of failed delivery due to incorrect information, re-delivery charges may apply.
